It's really neat seeing the evolution of the characters and the world-building. But the book isn't just art, the team has included tons of sketch and concept pieces directly from the artists' notebooks along with descriptions of and reasons for modifications. (My husband has pink yard flamingos manning his turret guns) This book is a must for any Fallout 4 fan - it's like getting a backstage pass to your favorite game.
You could literally spend days just designing and creating within this game without ever touching the story line. I love the idea behind Fallout 4, and I especially love how intricate the personalization of this game is. It's right up there with finding a good book series with incredible world-building that you just want to spend more time in. I enjoy the details right down to the brand names of items and especially the music. Just watching my husband play, I've come to love this game.
